Khristopher Narsimullu
Work Injury Practice Leader
Khristopher Narsimullu is our Work Injury Practice Leader at Wyatts, and is passionate about Workers Compensation, Common Law Work Injury Damages, and Total and Permanent Disablement life insurance claims. Khris’ approach is to ease the burden of claims for clients by providing you with clear and direct advice, so you are fully informed and confident in making the right decision about your claim.
Khris has been practising as a Solicitor since 2010 in nearly all areas of personal injury law, with special expertise in workplace injury claims. He has represented clients in all NSW courts and tribunals for personal injury claims, from the Personal Injury Commission, the District Court of NSW and the Supreme Court of NSW. He has led special jurisdiction matters including appeals to the Presidential Unit for the Personal Injury Commission, and preparing cases for Judicial Review in the Supreme Court of NSW, successfully challenging the interpretation and case law to achieve the results his client’s need.
Khris’ insight and inquisitive nature is about asking all the necessary and important questions when giving his advice to clients. One of his proudest achievements is a successful Work Injury Damages claim for a Night Fill Operator at a truck stop petrol pump, where his client was a victim of an armed holdup and sustained various physical injuries and significant PTSD while at work. Khris made a convincing case to demonstrate the employer was negligent in failing to protect their employee from criminal activity by not ensuring proper safety measures, procedures in the workplace to manage risk and protect their workers from criminal acts by third parties.
